The office is open to the public 9.00am - 1.00pm Monday - Friday
The office is open for:-
- Inspection of planning applications, draft local plans and other consultation documents.
- Information regarding the Burial Ground.
- Reporting of problems that are the responsibility of the Parish Council.
The kind of problems we can accept are:
- The Burial Ground on West Leake Road
- The Oldershaw Trust play field
- Car parks - Gotham Road, Health Centre, Village Hall
- The seats (street furniture) in the village.
- The Children's Play Ground - Gotham Road
- The Gothan Road play field
Other problems that are not our responsibility can be reported to us including faulty street lights, broken pavements, blocked gullies, etc. Unfortunately the Parish Council can only pass the information to the appropriate authority on your behalf, and if you wish, we will give you information as to which authority has responsibility.
